Gourmet Tamales first began participating at the Indio International Tamale Festival. Inspired by the award winning we thought it fair to offer our specialty of making tamales to a larger audience. Once we started we were surprised by the results as our products got such a healthy response from our customers. The high standards of quality we set have not only given us a good reputation in the food industry and with healthy food markets but has also resulted in repeat customers.
